Being the super foods, these make immunity strong. Consumption of nuts during winter is pivotal and by adjusting the quantity a little bit, these are healthy to eat during monsoon, when humidity and chances of falling ill are high.

To feel healthy within, intake of nuts rich in zinc, mineral, vitamins and carbohydrates is important. Other immunity boosting stuffs should also be made friends as quality eating is indispensable to improve immunity.

According to experts, its nutritional content is almost equal whether eaten as it is or slightly fried. However, best way is to follow the former than the latter. To make nuts a crucial part of life, include them with beans sprouts and salads to flush out the toxins from the body. Hiding them in cakes, muffins and pancakes is also an ideal option.
