Incorporate Leafy Greens to Regular Meal to Stay Fit, Says Research

green vegetableNew Delhi, Wednesday, May 13 – Green leafy vegetables might not look tempting to many but these certainly catch the eyes on the grounds of nutrition. Cruciferous vegetables are good for health as these got the properties to subside impact of several life-threatening diseases, finds a new research.

At least a bowl of leafy greens must be consumed per day to balance nourishment requited by human body. Iceberg Lettuce, mustard greens, edible top greens of radish, carrot and beetroot, Bok Choy, spinach etc. are perfect to eat anytime but blanching is must to kill hidden germs and chemicals, if any.

Kids should be motivated to incorporate green to diet bearing in mind the percentage of indispensable vitamins like A, C and K, together with iron and calcium. Parents must try to prepare interesting meals with leafy veggies that could attract children and compel them to enjoy the taste,  the study cites further.
