Overcast Sky to Increase Humidity; Rapid Drop in Temperature on the Cards in Delhi

February 24
11:36 2015

sunNew Delhi, Tuesday, February 24 – Delhi being the national capital draws attention of the masses without any effort. Liveliness of the city and its population is the key attraction. Changing weather conditions fall in the same category. Delhi is popular for being extremely cold and hot during peak winter and summer seasons, respectively.

Weather becomes unpredictable on several occasions and this is the current period when Delhiites are experiencing sudden fall and rise in temperature. Surroundings are a bit warmer and full of humidity in the early hours. Nights are slightly colder, which is still pleasant. Speedy waves have been common in this day and age.  According to weathermen, moisture is set to increase rapidly in the city and nearby regions thanks to partly cloudy day.

Maximum temperature is likely to dip from 29 to 18 degree Celsius for this week and minimum temperature from 19 to 11 degree Celsius. February began on a warmer note. Sunshine was harsh on skin and sky was clear. It has been almost a week when weather started to change once again and take a u-turn. Speed of the gust has vastly augmented and is assumed to blow at a pace ranging between from 8 km per hour to 29 km per hour in the next few days.

Mercury will take a quick dip on Sunday in view of the fact that rain is all set to cover several Delhi areas by the end of the day. Showers may continue to happen on Monday as well and that’s perhaps the last rainfall prior to Holi festival. Sporadic rainfall is probable take place but that’s considered during middle of March. Keeping in mind the latest information about Delhi weather, maximum and minimum temperatures will be 28 and 19 degree Celsius. Wind’s speed will be 14 km per hour. Zero percent chance remains for precipitation to occur, however, dampness will hover between 75 to 80 percent.

Surprising transition in climate, and that too, within short span of time is not good for health. The masses get excited to see winter season gearing up to bid adieu for a while and stop putting on the full sleeves garments. Carelessness turns problematic, making them fall ill. Severe headache, acute pain in throat, high fever, runny nose etc. might be felt by the people, who are even prone to come under the attack of diseases transmitted through air. Advises of health experts may perhaps lend a hand to the residents to stay away from seasonal diseases. “If all instructions are followed without any hesitation, the key to stay healthy will always remain in the hands of common man”, stated a physician employed at a best hospice centre of the metropolis.
