Atlanta Founder Publishes Book Arguing AI Will Transform Jobs, Not Eliminate Them, Then Builds the Company to Prove It
ATLANTA, GA – While the national conversation around artificial intelligence remains stuck between utopian promises and apocalyptic fears, one Atlanta entrepreneur is making a different argument entirely. Perry Luzier, the 22-year-old founder of AI consulting firm Luzran, has published The AI Manager, a book that examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping the role of the entry level job across industries, and why the businesses that deploy AI to augment their teams will outperform those that use it to replace them.
“The question everyone is asking is whether AI will take their job,” Luzier said. “That is the wrong question. Instead, what we should be asking is whether the business you work for will deploy AI in a way that makes you more valuable or makes you disposable. The people running the business decide that, not the technology they use.”
The AI Manager is available on Amazon and draws on Luzier’s direct experience building AI systems for service businesses across the Southeast. The book argues that artificial intelligence is most effective when it handles the operational work that prevents managers and employees from focusing on the tasks that require human judgment, creativity, and relationship-building.
Through Luzran, his Atlanta-based consulting firm, Perry implements the philosophy directly with business owners. Luzran builds what Luzier calls “operational infrastructure” for service businesses that have outgrown word of mouth: the complete system of AI enhanced operations that allows an owner-operated business to scale without the founder being personally involved in every client interaction.
The results have been measurable. One coaching practice saw its weekly consultation volume triple after Luzran rebuilt its digital infrastructure. Additionally, a travel agency generated a third of its annual revenue within a single month of launching its new operational system. Furthermore, a restaurant client saw sales increase and is now preparing to open a second location.
