He explains that meditation provides numerous benefits, including overcoming negative emotions, developing positive traits, and improving physical health. He walks readers step-by-step through the practice of meditation. The book also includes a “troubleshooting” chapter for those who may run into problems. Each chapter ends with a summary and homework. There are numerous other resources referenced, including Martz’s website (he provides a coupon for free information) and his Facebook page.
